Art Classes Designed with Home School in Mind
Program
Prodigy offers a supportive and individualized approach to arts education for the home learner ages 5-18. Prodigy has gained national recognition as an after school arts program and now offers the same nationally recognized programming and state of the art facilities to the home school community during normal public school hours.
Facilities
High-quality art lessons and materials are provided by our staff of professional artists. The University Area Community Center Complex houses a fully equipped art room with 2 kilns, music room, computer lab, dance studio, full theater quality stage and additional class rooms where moms and kids can study or relax.
Standards
Lessons have connections to history, language arts, science, social studies, math, computer technology and the environment. Prodigy classes are aligned with National Standards for the Arts. A certificate of completion is provided for your portfolio.
