Registration Information
1. Single space is $50 (includes one 8’ table and 2 registration for 2 reps).    
2. This event is by invitation only.  Please complete the applications included in this package and return with your fees by December 15th, 2009.  Please send in your applications early as space is limited and premium space sells out quickly. Space is assigned by registration date.
3. Vendor space is limited and will require review to ensure a wide range of products and avoid product duplications. 
4. No applications will be accepted after December 15th, 2009.
5. is no charge to speak, but again, this is by application process.  Not all speakers will be vendors as well as not all vendors will not be chosen to speak.
6. Advertising is available to vendors first, and non-exhibiting vendors as space allows.  .  
7. Deadline for all advertising is December 15th.  There are no exceptions.
8. Confirmation letters will be emailed on or before December 30th.
9. Confirmation letters will include set up times, directions, and area hotel information.
10. Unaccepted applications will be returned with submitted payment.  
11. Vendor will provide signage and table covering.
12. There are no refunds for this event.
13. The above mentioned schedule may be changed to accommodate our speakers/and or vendors.  Exhibiting vendors and speakers will be notified of any changes.
14. In order to keep the facilities in good condition we ask that each speaker and vendor adhere to these regulations:
14a. No signage or taping items to any floor or walls.
14b. No painting, clay or other potential messy items to give away or for demonstration at your vendor space.
14c. No food/candy or snacks to be given away or sold at any vendor space.
14d. No baking or cooking permitted in any vendor space.
*Local Homeschool Support Groups may provide materials for the Support 
   Group information table at no charge

Agreement to Hold Harmless
1. Liability and Insurance
Neither the University Area Community Center or the University Area Community Development Corporation, Inc. nor the management, officers, or staff members of either entity will be responsible for the safety of the property of the exhibitors/speakers from theft, damage by fire, accident, or other causes. Exhibitors/speakers are advised to consult their respective insurance brokers for proper coverage of display material from the time it leaves their company's premises until its return. In most cases, a rider can be added to a current policy for a very nominal cost. The exhibitor/speaker understands that neither the University Area Community Center nor the University Area Community Development Corporation maintains insurance covering the Exhibitor's/Speaker’s property and it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor/Speaker to obtain said insurance. Neither the University Area Community Center or the University Area Community Development Corporation nor the management, officers, agent, employees or their representatives of University Area Community Center or the University Area Community Development Corporation shall be held accountable or liable for, and the same are hereby released from accountability or liability for, any damage, loss, harm, or injury to the person or any property of the applicant resulting from theft, fire, water, accident, or any other cause.
2. Indemnification
Exhibitor/Speaker agrees to protect, save, and hold the University Area Community Center or the University Area Community Development Corporation, and all agents and employees thereof (hereinafter collectively called Indemnities) forever harmless for any damages or charges imposed for violations of any law or ordinance, whether occasioned by the negligence of the exhibitors or those holding under the exhibitor/speaker. Further, the exhibitor/speaker shall, at all times, protect, indemnify, save and hold harmless the Indemnities against and from any and all losses, costs, damages, liability, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from or out of or by reason of any accident or bodily injury or other occurrences to any person or persons, including the exhibitor, its agents, employees or business invitees, which arise from or out of or by reason of said exhibitor's/speaker’s occupancy and use of the exhibition premises, or any part thereof.

I consent to the above regulations and agreement to hold harmless.
